Crawford Living Realty, LLC is a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage (License #CQ1075533), serving Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and Volusia counties. Michael Crawford is the broker (License #BK3074190). This policy covers crawfordliving.com only, not any other site or service.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site or start a chat, we collect what you give us directly — typically name, email address, phone number, and details about what you're looking for (area, price range, timeline, or a property address). We don't collect information about you from any other source, and we don't use tracking pixels or ad networks on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your question, follow up on a property or timeline, and keep a record of the conversation. That's the whole purpose — there's no mailing list you're added to just for visiting the site, and no automated marketing sequence triggered by a form submission alone.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you submit your phone number through this site — including the chat widget on our text sign-up page — you're agreeing to receive text messages from Crawford Living about your inquiry. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what's needed to run the chat widget and forms below (provided by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel) and basic traffic analytics from Google Analytics (which uses cookies to count visits) to understand which pages, forms and phone links get used. Neither is used to build an advertising profile of you.

Third-party services

Form submissions and the chat widget are handled by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), our customer communication platform. Visit counts come from Google Analytics. Property search runs through Stellar MLS's MLS-Touch app when you use the Search Homes page; that app's own privacy terms apply once you leave this site. We don't sell your information to data brokers, and we don't share it with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

Only as needed to do business with you: with the service providers above that power this site's forms and chat, or if required by law (a court order or similar). We don't share your information with other real estate brokerages, lenders, or vendors without telling you first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email mdc@crawfordliving.com or call 321-488-5542. We'll handle the request directly; there's no automated portal because there's no large-scale data operation behind this site.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
