Twenty-two years, and I still don't rush anyone into a decision.
I've been a licensed Florida broker since 2004, working Central Florida. RENE and CPRES-certified.

I've spent over twenty years doing this, and the parts of the job that matter haven't changed: reading a contract carefully, not letting anyone get rushed into a decision, and staying reachable when something needs an answer. I hold the RENE and CPRES certifications, which both come down to the same thing — helping people who don't fully agree with each other get to a decision they can live with.
One more thing I bring: I came into real estate already knee-deep in residential construction — coordinating trades, holding subcontractors to dates — which is still useful on a house that needs work. I'm not the one doing that work myself, though: for anything technical, you want a licensed inspector or engineer, and I'll tell you exactly who to call.

Considered
Real Estate . . . Considered is meant literally. Most of the decisions in this business are better for being slept on, and very little of what we do benefits from being rushed.
Where I work
Central Florida — Orlando and the communities around it. That's a deliberate boundary. Local knowledge stops being worth much when it's stretched too thin.
All five sit inside Stellar MLS, so the whole footprint is one market to work rather than five separate ones.
The name
Crawford Living covers all of it under one name: probate and estate work, ordinary resale, and new construction. It isn't a niche brand pretending the rest doesn't exist.
Whichever one someone comes in through, the same broker and the same standard are on the other end.
